The website accepts requests for heating and AC repair, heat pumps, furnaces, preventive maintenance, one-time system checks, new-system estimates, new construction, complete replacements, ductwork, ductless mini splits, and related accessories. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular appointment time, technician, repair outcome, price, or after-hours response.
New-system estimates are free and require an on-site evaluation. Repair, maintenance, inspection, and after-hours charges are confirmed by the company. No website statement replaces the written estimate, work authorization, invoice, warranty document, equipment registration, or other agreement for the specific job.
The $240 preventive maintenance program includes one cooling-cycle visit and one heating-cycle visit plus the benefits described in the program materials. New-system parts-and-labor warranty coverage is subject to the equipment, registration, installation proposal, exclusions, and written warranty terms provided for the job.
